Integrations: connect the services your website uses
What integrations are, where they live in the dashboard, how every one is set up (keys, test, turn on) and which groups exist.
An integration connects your website to a service that is not part of Jukto: a payment gateway, a courier, an SMS gateway, a pixel and so on. You paste the keys the service gave you, check them with one button and switch the integration on.
What integrations are#
Your website does some jobs with the help of other companies. A buyer pays through SSLCommerz or bKash, a parcel travels with Steadfast or Pathao, an order SMS goes out through an SMS gateway. For each of these jobs Jukto needs permission to talk to that company as you. The permission is a set of keys that the company gives you in its own dashboard.
- Every website has its own set of keys. A key saved on one website is never used by another.
- You decide what is on. Saving keys does nothing until you turn the integration on.
- Turning one off keeps your saved keys. Remove integration deletes them.
Where to find them#
Open Dashboard > Tools > Integrations. The top of the page shows how many integrations are Connected, how many are On and how many Need attention. Below it the integrations are sorted into groups. Open a group, then choose a provider card and press Set up (or Manage when it is already connected).
How every integration is set up#
All providers follow the same path, so once you have done one, the next is easy.

- 1
Get your keys
Sign in to the provider's own dashboard and find the API or credentials section. Each provider guide in these docs says what to look for.
- 2
Paste the keys and press Save
Fill the fields that have a Required mark. A secret key, once saved, shows only its last characters (for example "Saved · ends with 4f2a") and is never shown again. To change it, press Replace.
- 3
Press Test connection
Jukto asks the provider whether the saved keys work. Test uses the saved keys, so always save first. The result is Connection OK or Connection failed, together with what the provider said.
- 4
Press Turn on
Only now does your website start to use the provider. Turn off stops it again and keeps the keys.
The page also shows Recent activity for the provider: your tests, notices the provider sent and errors, newest first.
Sandbox and live#
Some providers have two modes, shown as Mode: Sandbox (testing) and Live. Sandbox uses the provider's test place, where nothing real is charged or shipped. Live is the real thing. The two modes use different keys, so the mode you choose must match the keys you pasted.
The groups#
| Group | Providers | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Payments | SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, Paystation, EPS, Manual payment | Payments |
| Couriers | Steadfast, Pathao Courier, RedX, Carrybee, Lalamove | Couriers |
| Marketing | Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Meta Ads | Marketing and Google |
| Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 | Marketing and Google | |
| SEO | Google Search Console | Marketing and Google |
| Brevo, Resend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot | Email and SMS | |
| SMS | BulkSMSBD, Alpha SMS, Greenweb SMS, Zaman IT SMS, BulkSMSDhaka | Email and SMS |
| Chat | WhatsApp Business, Messenger, Instagram | Chat |
| Import & export | WooCommerce, Shopify | Import and export |
Your domain and its DNS (Cloudflare) are not here: they are set up in Domain settings.
Keys and safety#
- Keys are stored encrypted and tied to your website.
- Never send a key to anyone in chat or e-mail, and never post a screenshot that shows one. Support never needs your keys.
- If a key may have leaked, make a new one in the provider's dashboard, press Replace in Jukto and test again.
