Couriers: choose and connect a courier
How booking a courier from an order works, which courier suits you, what each one needs and how they differ. Links to one guide per courier.
Connect a courier once, and from then on you can book a parcel straight from the order page and follow its delivery without leaving Jukto.
How courier booking works#
After the courier is on, every confirmed order gets a Courier card. You choose the courier, pick the delivery area where the courier needs one, check the cash to collect and press Book with this courier. The consignment, the tracking code and the status come back to the order by themselves.

- The webhook address for each courier is shown on its provider page. It is optional: without it Jukto still reads every open parcel every 15 minutes.

- Demo orders and counter sales are never sent to a courier.
Which courier should I use?#
Good starting points
- You want the simplest connection, with just two keys: Steadfast.
- You want city, zone and area pickers and a price before you book: Pathao Courier.
- You want a price before booking and a flat list of areas: RedX.
- You already have a Carrybee account with API access: Carrybee.
- You deliver parcels that are already paid and need same-day, driver-based delivery: Lalamove, only if Lalamove enabled it for you.
Watch out for
- Steadfast has no test mode: every parcel you book is real.
- Carrybee has no public documentation, and Lalamove does not open its API in Bangladesh by default.
- Do not book the same order with two couriers. An order can have only one open booking.
Compare the couriers#
Delivery and cash-on-delivery fees are set in your agreement with each courier, so they are not listed here.

What every courier asks of the order#
- The buyer's phone must be a Bangladesh mobile number in the form 01XXXXXXXXX (no +88), for Steadfast, Pathao, RedX and Carrybee.
- Cash to collect is what the courier takes from the buyer. Put 0 if the order is already paid.
- The order must be confirmed and not closed, and it must not already have an open booking with another courier.
Common problems#
The Courier card says no courier is connected.
Open Dashboard > Tools > Integrations, open the Couriers group, connect a courier and turn it on.
"The courier did not accept the saved keys".
Open the courier's page, check the keys and the mode, and press Test connection.
"The courier did not answer in time".
The courier's service was slow. Try again in a moment.
Do I have to paste the webhook address?
No. It makes status updates faster. Without it Jukto reads open parcels every 15 minutes.
