Pathao Courier: area pickers and price quotes
Connect Pathao Courier with Developer API keys and your merchant login. Sandbox and live, stores, the price quote, the webhook and common errors.
Pathao gives you a price and a precise delivery area before you book. You need your Developer API keys and your merchant panel login.
What it is#
Pathao Courier delivers parcels in cities and across Bangladesh and collects cash on delivery. Jukto adds city, zone and area pickers and a price quote to the order's Courier card. It suits shops that want to see the delivery charge before they book.
What you need#
- A Pathao merchant account with at least one active Pathao store. A new store needs Pathao approval before it can send parcels.
- Fields in Jukto:

Where to find your keys#

Open Developer API
Sign in to the Pathao merchant panel (merchant.pathao.com) and open Developer API.

Copy the Client ID and Client secret
Copy them into Client ID and Client secret.

Enter your panel login
Type the e-mail and password you use to sign in to the Pathao merchant panel in Merchant email and Merchant password.

Choose the store
Leave Pathao store ID empty to use your first active store, or enter the ID of the store you want.

Optional: prepare the webhook
Choose a long text as the Webhook secret. You will use the same text in Pathao in the next section.
What Jukto does#
- Keys. Saved encrypted for this website only. Jukto uses them to sign in to Pathao for your website.
- Areas and price. The Courier card offers the Pathao City, Zone and Area. Press Get the price to see the delivery charge and the cash-on-delivery fee before booking.
- Booking. Jukto creates the Pathao order with the buyer's name, phone, address, area, weight and the cash to collect (0 for a paid order). Pathao returns a consignment, which is saved on the order with its tracking code.
- Status. Jukto reads open parcels every 15 minutes, or at once with Check status now. With the webhook set, Pathao also tells Jukto about each change, and Jukto confirms it with Pathao before using it.
- Webhook. In the Pathao merchant panel open Developer API > Webhook integration. Paste the Webhook address from the Pathao provider page as the callback URL and the same text as the secret, then save. Pathao checks the address once when you save. Make a new address replaces the address and the old one stops working at once.
- No cancel. Jukto has no cancel call for Pathao: cancelling in Jukto only closes the booking here, so cancel the parcel in the Pathao panel too.
Test and turn on#

Open the provider
Go to Dashboard > Tools > Integrations, open the Couriers group and choose Pathao Courier.

Choose the mode and fill the fields
Pick Sandbox (testing) or Live, fill the fields and press Save.

Press Test connection
Jukto signs in to Pathao and lists your stores. You see "Signed in to Pathao" with the number of stores and the name of the first one.

Fix a missing store
If it says "Signed in to Pathao, but the account has no store yet", create a store in the Pathao panel and wait for approval.

Press Turn on
Book one parcel from an order: pick the City, Zone and Area, press Get the price, then Book with this courier.
Common errors#
