Book a courier and follow the parcel
Book Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, Carrybee or Lalamove from the order page, and see tracking and delivery updates come back by themselves.
The Courier card on an order books a parcel with a connected courier. The tracking code and the delivery status then come back to the order by themselves.
Before you start#
- A courier connected in Tools > Integrations > Couriers (Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, Carrybee or Lalamove), with Test connection passing. Keys come from the courier's own merchant panel.
- The order must be Confirmed. Demo orders and counter sales are never sent to a courier.
- Staff need the permission to book couriers.
How a booking and its updates flow#

Book from an order#

Open the confirmed order
Find the Courier card. If no courier is connected, it links to Connect a courier in Integrations.

Choose the Courier
Pathao asks for City, Zone and Area. Some couriers let you press Get the price first and show delivery, COD fee and total.

Check Cash to collect (Tk)
It is the amount still due on the order. Put 0 if the parcel is already paid. A courier that cannot collect cash needs a paid order.

Add the details
Weight (grams) and a Note for the rider are optional. Lalamove asks for map points instead of an area.

Click Book with this courier
You see Booked. The tracking code is below. The order becomes With courier.
What comes back#
The booking shows the Consignment, the Tracking code with a Track the parcel link, the Delivery charge and the Cash to collect, plus a Status history. The courier's status is one of:

A status only moves forward and an unknown status never overwrites a known one. Check status now reads the courier immediately.
Cancel a booking#
Use Cancel booking with a reason. If the courier has no cancel call, the booking is closed only in Jukto, and the page says to cancel the parcel in the courier's own panel too.
Common problems#
I get "This order already has an open booking with another courier."
Cancel the open booking first; only one courier can hold an order at a time.
The courier did not accept the saved keys.
Re-enter them in Integrations for the same mode (sandbox or live) and run Test connection.
The booking times out.
The courier did not answer in time. Wait a moment and try again; an open booking with the same courier is shown instead of a duplicate.
