Manual payment (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank)

Buyers send money to your own number or account and type the transaction ID; you check it in your wallet and mark the order paid.

Manual payment needs no gateway account and no keys. Jukto cannot see your wallet, so nothing is confirmed automatically: you are the one who checks.

Before you start#

  • A personal or agent number for each wallet you accept (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), or a bank account.
  • A phone where you can look at your wallet every day.

Set it up#

  1. 1

Open Tools > Integrations > Payments > Manual payment

This card holds the checkout payment rules.

  2. 2

Switch on each channel you accept

Choices are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank transfer. For each one enter Your number (or Account number and Account name for a bank). A channel that is on needs a valid number.

  3. 3

    Write a note for buyers

For example "Use Send Money, not Cash Out". You can write it in English and Bangla.

  4. 4

Turn on Offer manual payment at checkout

Buyers now see it. Switch on at least one channel first, or the switch is refused.

  5. 5

    Save

The page says Payment settings saved.

What the buyer does#

At checkout the buyer picks the channel, sends the money to your number, then types the number they sent from and the Transaction ID.

  1. 1

    Find the orders to check

In Orders open Filters and choose Awaiting manual verification.

  2. 2

    Open the order

The Manual payment to check card shows the channel, Sent from, Transaction ID and Amount to find.

  3. 3

    Compare with your wallet

Look for that transaction ID and amount in your wallet app.

  4. 4

Press Mark as paid or Reject claim

When you reject, write why. The note is shown to your team, not to the buyer.

Common problems#

The switch will not turn on.

Switch on at least one channel and enter its number first.

Can I accept only part of the money up front?

Yes, with an advance rule. The order then shows how much is left to collect on delivery. See Advance payment and online payment rules.

The buyer used the wrong channel.

Reject the claim with a note and contact the buyer, or accept it if the money arrived in your wallet.
