Find orders: tabs, filters and bulk confirm
Search by number, name or mobile, filter by payment, courier and date, and confirm many orders at once.
The Orders list is where you work through the day. This guide shows how to find an order fast and how to confirm many at once.
Search and status tabs#
- The search box finds an order number, name or mobile.
- The status tabs across the top match the order statuses: All, To confirm, Confirmed, With courier, Delivered, Delivery failed, Returned and Cancelled.
Filters#
Open Filters to narrow the list. Active filters appear as chips that you can remove one by one, or click Clear all filters.

| Type | All orders, Real only or Demo only |
Confirm many orders at once#

Tick the orders
Use the checkbox on each row, or the one in the header for the whole page.

Press Confirm with the number of orders
Only orders that are To confirm can be confirmed this way.

Read the result
Each order is confirmed separately. If one changed in the meantime, the others still go through, and the ones that failed are listed with the reason. You can do up to 50 at a time.
Row actions and export#
The three-dot menu on a row offers the next steps, view order, open in a new tab and copy the order number. Export downloads the list using a template that you set up first (Export needs a template: set one up).
Common problems#
I cannot see an order I know exists.
Check the status tab and the filters. A leftover chip such as Real only or a date range hides orders. Use Clear all filters.
The list stops after a while.
Press Load more orders at the bottom.
