Refund Policy

Last updated: · Version 2026.10.2

In short

  • There is no free trial. Instead your account’s first payment (the plan and the one-time service fee) has a money-back guarantee: 7 days on a monthly plan and 30 days on a yearly plan.
  • You can ask for the refund if you ask inside that period, counted from the day the payment was confirmed.
  • Renewals, add-ons, usage charges and upgrades are not refunded, and cancelling does not return money for unused time.
  • This page is only about payments to Jukto. Refunds for things a customer bought from a store are the store owner’s.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers payments that a merchant makes to Jukto for a website subscription. It does not cover what a buyer pays to a merchant, which is explained in the last section.

It belongs with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. A money-back guarantee, not a trial

Jukto has no free trial. When a website is approved you choose a plan and pay its first invoice, and the money-back guarantee protects the first payment of your account: 7 days if you bought a monthly plan, 30 days if you bought a yearly plan. The Free plan costs nothing, so it has no payment to refund.

Plans do not carry a promise to return money for unused time. The one refund Jukto has built is the first-payment refund below.

3. Refund of your first payment

The first payment of an account can be refunded when you ask within the guarantee period of the plan you bought (7 days for a monthly plan, 30 days for a yearly plan), counted from the day that payment was confirmed. The days of your own payment are shown on the card described below. This covers the first plan payment and the one-time service fee, which are on the same invoice.

Whether you are inside the window is decided on the moment you make the request. If you asked in time, it stays in time however long we take to handle it.

The window is counted from the first payment of the account only.

4. How to ask

In the dashboard, open Earnings. The card called “Money-back on your first payment” shows your first payment, the date your window ends and a button to ask. You can add a short reason. You can also ask through support.

We answer through support, and the card shows where your request is: requested, approved, processing, refunded or rejected. We do not promise a fixed number of days.

5. What happens when a refund is approved

  • The subscription of that website is cancelled at once. The website closes to buyers. Nothing is deleted, and the usual cancellation rules apply to its data (see the Terms of Service).
  • A referral reward earned from this account is taken back.
  • The part of the payment that came from your Earnings wallet goes back to the wallet.
  • The rest goes back to where the payment came from, for example bKash, Nagad or a bank. Our team makes that refund outside the platform and records a reference, which you can see on the card.

6. What is not covered

  • Renewals, add-ons, usage charges (extra orders or sessions) and plan upgrades.
  • The first plan of a second or later website on the same account.
  • Money for the unused part of a term after you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not return money already paid.
  • Domain purchases. If a domain payment went through but the purchase failed, contact support and we will look at it with you.

7. Purchases from a store

When you buy something from a store built on Jukto, you buy from the store owner. Returns, refunds, delivery problems and the store’s own policy are handled by that store, and each store can publish its own refund and return page. Jukto does not hold the buyer’s card details or the sale money, and cannot refund a store’s sale. Please contact the store first.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date and version at the top show the latest one. A change does not affect a payment that was already made.
