  • Privacy Policy

    What personal data Jukto collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and how to ask about it.

    • We collect what we need to run your account and your website, such as your name, mobile number and email.
    • Visitors to a website are counted for billing without being followed across other sites.
    • We never hold buyers’ card details. Online payments go through the gateway the merchant chooses.

  • Terms of Service

    The rules for using Jukto: accounts, websites, plans and billing, your content, acceptable use, suspension and cancellation.

    • Jukto is in beta. Features may change, and some may be unavailable at times.
    • Each website is reviewed before it goes live, and has its own plan and bill.
    • You own your content. You are responsible for your products, orders, delivery and refunds to your own customers.

  • Refund Policy

    When a Jukto subscription payment can be refunded, how to ask, and what is not covered.

    • There is no free trial. Instead your account’s first payment (the plan and the one-time service fee) has a money-back guarantee: 7 days on a monthly plan and 30 days on a yearly plan.
    • You can ask for the refund if you ask inside that period, counted from the day the payment was confirmed.
    • Renewals, add-ons, usage charges and upgrades are not refunded, and cancelling does not return money for unused time.
