Invoices and paying them
Read your invoices, pay one online, by bKash or Nagad Send Money with a transaction ID, or from your Earnings wallet, and follow its review.
An invoice is a bill from Jukto for your plan, a renewal, usage, an add-on, a domain or an adjustment. This guide shows how to read an invoice and the three ways to pay it. No prices are stated here: the amounts are always on your own invoice.
Before you start#
- You are the owner: Billing is owner only.
- For a manual payment, a bKash or Nagad account to send money from, and the transaction ID from the confirmation SMS.
Read the Invoices table#
In Billing, Invoices lists every bill. Tap an invoice number to see its lines.

Three ways to pay#

Pay online#
When online payment is offered, press Pay online on the invoice. You go to the secure payment page and come back to Billing. The invoice is marked paid only after the payment service confirms it: the page asks the server for the result and may say Checking your payment for up to a minute. Keep it open.
Pay by bKash or Nagad Send Money#

Send the money
Send Money (a personal transfer) to the bKash or Nagad number shown under Pay an invoice.

Fill the form
Choose the Invoice and the Provider, type Your number (sender), the Transaction ID from the confirmation SMS and the Amount. A Receipt screenshot (optional) helps: JPG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB, seen only by you and the Jukto team.

Submit and wait
Press Submit payment. The Jukto team checks it by hand. The result appears under Payments as pending review, accepted or rejected, with the reason if rejected. Approval activates the invoice's plan or add-on.
Pay from your wallet#
If your Earnings wallet has enough available money to cover the whole open amount, the invoice shows Pay ... from wallet. Only available money is used, never pending or reserved money, and the whole open amount is paid.
What the online results mean#
| Result | What it means |
|---|---|
| Payment received | The payment service confirmed it and the invoice is paid |
| Your payment is still pending | Not confirmed yet. If you paid, it usually arrives within a few minutes and the invoice updates by itself |
| The payment did not go through | Nothing was credited. You can try again |
| Payment cancelled | You left the payment page. Nothing was charged and the invoice is still open |
| Could not be matched | The details did not match this invoice, so nothing was credited. Contact support with the payment reference if money left your account |
| The payment page expired | Start a new payment from the invoice |
Common problems#
"Online payment is not available right now"
Pay with a manual bKash or Nagad transfer instead, using the form below the invoices.
"bKash/Nagad payment numbers are not set up yet"
Contact support to pay this invoice.
"This invoice is no longer open"
It was paid or voided meanwhile. Refresh the page.
My payment is pending for a long time
A manual payment is reviewed by hand. Check the Payments list for its status. If it stays pending, contact support with the transaction ID.
